Keeping three exterior walls to maintain setbacks in this century-old Annex home, we gutted the interior, underpinned the basement, added a third-storey, and extended the rear of the home to create an elegant, traditional, and executive home. This home features upgrades such as fully automated blinds, intelligent lighting controls, AV throughout, and 10’ ceilings throughout. This project finished on schedule, on budget, is award nominated, and was featured in print.
