Keeping only one exterior wall to maintain setbacks, in this 96-year old Midtown Toronto semi, we fully gutted the interior, extended to rear and the front, and underpinned the basement to create an elegant, monochromatic, modern, and executive home. This home features 280 square feet of additional living space, an extensive AV package, a custom glass enclosed staircase, and 9’ ceilings in the basement. This project finished on schedule, and under budget.
