Chiara Sulyok

Chiara Sulyok

Regional Partner

Born in Chatham, Ontario, Chiara moved to the West Coast of British Columbia to finish off her wide and varied education; focusing on carpentry and horticulture. With a passion for building and gardening, in her spare time you’ll typically find her at home working on her latest projects. As the parents of two children, Chiara and her husband enjoy passing on skills and lessons they’ve acquired throughout the years, taking every opportunity to travel the world and enrich their lives. Chiara enjoys many aspects of her job, but the thing she finds the most rewarding is working hand-in-hand with her clients; translating ideas from paper into their dream home. There’s a certain kind of magic in knowing you’re making such a big difference in someone’s life.
Chris Gulliver

Chris Gulliver

Partner

Chris has 12 years of construction experience and has led many diverse projects throughout Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands. He attended VIU’s Carpentry Foundation Course, then began his career as a self-employed sub-contractor for a custom log home manufacturer, working on projects all over Vancouver Island; across Canada, and into the US. As he learned about the construction industry’s many varied opportunities and challenges, the more his passion and interest grew.

Chris is adaptable when approaching new projects and personalities and is resourceful in finding solutions. Integrity is paramount to Chris – he has a strong moral compass that guides him both professionally and personally. He believes in community involvement whenever possible and was fortunate to have the opportunity to contribute as Habitat for Humanity’s Build Manager. He and his wife have four children and when not working love to enjoy all that Vancouver Island has to offer. Chris touts the number of hidden gems (hikes, waterfalls, beaches, etc.), and a climate where year-round golf is a possibility!
