Construction and hard work are in Peter’s blood. Born to immigrant parents who arrived in Canada with nothing more than the clothes on their backs, Peter observed from an early age that hard work, integrity, and perseverance lead to great rewards. Nicholas was first introduced to construction as a teen by his grandfather and began working in the industry straight out of high school. He got his start as a general labourer, then worked as an apprentice carpenter before enrolling BCIT’s carpentry program.
Upon graduation, Nicholas opened his own framing business, taking on projects throughout the lower mainland. He also offered general construction services to homeowners, specializing in bathroom renovation, tile services and high-quality finishings.
A passion for building beautiful things and understanding how things work and come together, he is continually upgrading his skill set by researching new building products and methods. He dreams of studying Architecture one day.

Cameron Brown

Cameron Brown

Project Manager

Cameron started working in the construction industry at a young age. When he was in grade 11, he took a summer job as a labourer for a local custom home builder. That turned into a five year carpenter’s apprenticeship and by 27, he had his own framing company, building timber-framed
homes from West Vancouver to Whistler.

A site manager for 7 years and now a project manager for 14 years, Cameron has over two decades of experience managing renovations and custom home builds across the lower mainland.

The father of four is clearly adept at managing a crew of any size. He is also a self-taught mechanic and avid music lover.
Justin Hoskins

Justin Hoskins

Lead Carpenter

For as long as he can remember, Justin has always been taking things apart and rebuilding them to make them better. Plus, growing up in a home that was always under construction made him very comfortable in this environment.
At the age of 20, Justin started making other people’s homes better by learning trades like drywalling, painting, flooring, and tile work. From small to big renovations, to framing, to hobbies like blacksmithing, Justin has a wide range of expertise in the construction industry.
His varied experience enables him to problem-solve effectively and fix just about anything. Plus, his keen eye for detail and pride in his work gives clients the results they expect and deserve.
Keaton Bridal

Keaton Bridal

Carpenter

Keaton jumped into the workforce straight out of high school, first working for a company his father managed and then doing some plumbing. But it was when he tried his hand at carpentry that he knew he’d found the right fit.

Keaton received his training in carpentry from BCIT. He went on to work at a high-rise framing company and a small, family-owned renovation company before landing at Alair.

At Alair Homes, he found that perfect balance between the professionalism and experience that a larger company has to offer and the personalized service and attention to detail he came to expect from a smaller company.

Keaton says that his favourite work moment is seeing the joy on his clients’ faces when he’s created something they’ve always dreamt of. In his off hours Keaton can be found watching or playing sports, hiking and camping, or meeting the lads for a jam session.
