Jason Brown
Partner
Jason Brown has the distinct honour of being part of the first franchise location for Alair Homes. Over a decade later, Jason continues to lead as the partner for Alair Sherwood Park.
In addition to his pioneering role in Alair’s history, Jason has contributed to several other milestones, including overseeing the largest project in Alair’s history and clinching the highest-grossing sales award in 2022.
Prior to Alair, Jason ran a family-owned contracting business for eight years, where he developed an extensive understanding of the building and renovation journey. As an active member of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), Jason embodies the principles of Gestalt, sharing his experiences and supporting the growth of his team.
Beyond his professional achievements, Jason is dedicated to giving back through Alair Cares, supporting meaningful initiatives that make a positive impact in the community. His unwavering commitment to excellence and community service exemplifies the core values of Alair.

Rollin Kurka
Partner
Meet Rollin Kurka! Born into a construction family, Rollin's journey from automotive work to becoming an Alair Partner is a story of dedication and passion.
With a focus on quality and efficiency, he has left his mark in the industry, even securing custom renovations awards. Transitioning from production-built homes to working directly with clients, Rollin's passion for personalized craftsmanship led him to join the Alair family in 2016, where he vowed to become a partner within the first 3 to 5 years.
True to his word, in November 2021, just days before his 5-year milestone, he became an esteemed Alair Partner in Sherwood Park and Parkland County.
Beyond the construction site, Rollin finds solace in an active lifestyle, enjoying workouts, golfing, hockey, and supporting the Miami Dolphins on the football field!

John Solbrekken
Site/Warranty Manager
John Solbrekken is a seasoned professional with a rich background in the electrical and renovation industries. As a Red Seal journeyman electrician, John has honed his skills in high voltage terminations. During his tenure with Alair, John has developed proficiency across almost all skilled trades.
With a career spanning several decades, John has served as a foreman, general foreman, and fill-in superintendent. He has also successfully owned and operated his own electrical and renovation companies.
Known for his hands-on approach and attention to detail, John takes great pride in delivering finished projects to happy homeowners. Outside of work, he enjoys working on cars, exercising, and woodworking. An interesting tidbit about John: on his honeymoon, he swam with dolphins, and one of them hit him in the face really hard.

Meet Marc! One of our dedicated project managers at Alair Homes, bringing over a decade of construction experience to the team. Raised on a dairy farm, Marc's strong work ethic and attention to detail shine through in his work. Before joining Alair, he led a successful kitchen-focused construction company for 13 years.
Marc has become an invaluable team member, making significant contributions to project success. Beyond work, he prioritizes quality time with his two young daughters. Known for his active lifestyle, Marc engages in both rigorous workouts and the unconventional practice of ice bathing.
Despite being a devoted Toronto Maple Leafs fan, Marc's colleagues appreciate his good-natured spirit and commitment to excellence. With a passion for construction and a well-rounded life beyond it, Marc is a key figure in the success of Alair Homes projects!
