Kingsmere Major Renovation

The client had lived in the home for many years, raised their family there, and now the doors are wide open to grandchildren! While the home had many precious family memories, it was also very tired and a lot of day to day functionality was compromised because of old design.

The main tired point of this family home was the small dark and dated, compact kitchen with sunshine ceiling and eating nook that served no purpose.

The clients vision was to have a warm but bright country cottage feel with natural woods and elements.
