The vision for this renovation was to maintain the Mid-Century modern architecture while expanding the home by over 800 Sq’. This growing family was looking to increase the footprint of the home while blending into the mature treed neighborhood. While adding the new addition, these clients wanted to use up the side yard and not impact the front or rear of the property, all the while maintaining the vegetation and bringing the pool area back to life after years of neglect.
