This renovation meets the homeowners’ goals by combining luxury and practicality. A key feature is the custom indoor pool with Venetian plaster on the walls, ceiling, and floors. The exterior includes brass eaves troughs, a black standing seam metal roof, and black ACM panels, giving the home a modern look from the outside. Inside, the custom chef inspired kitchen was designed for entertaining and function. The design reflects the homeowners’ vision of comfort and quality throughout the home.
