Mikhail has been working with Alair Homes Regina for a few months now and we want to officially welcome him to the team!
Mikhail has incredible knowledge and history in the construction industry. He has done mind boggling tasks of lifting houses to demolish and replace existing basements, complete gut and re-do of heritage homes, major additions, kitchens, ICF foundations, plumbing, electrical, flooring, window replacements, framing, drywalling, finish carpentry, basement bracing and pony wall, commercial construction, tile, decks, fences, and the list goes on and on.
Mikhail has run his own renovation company and therefore has a very good understanding of not just the tools and blueprints, but also the importance of customer communication and education. Mikhail enjoys dealing with the client and keeping them informed and involved every step of the way. His goal is to “Wow” the client each and every time.
Mikhail enjoys a challenge and takes pride in his creative critical thinking and problem solving abilities.
