This year has been a great year to add to my life story.
I started out the beginning of 2015 working as a business owner with heavy equipment in the Oil and Gas industry. Throughout my experiences I learned the steps of building leases for well sites, gas plants, and building roads with swamp mats for miles and miles. I enjoy meeting and talking to new people who have ambition and large goals in life, so I felt that I fit in well. Overall It was a great business and brought in a decent living. However, I was always away from home and having to rely on my own knowledge and skills to get me from job to job. Soon after the economy took a bit of a down turn on me, and due to no abundance of work I couldn’t compete with larger companies. This left me forced to sell all my equipment and look for new opportunities.
My skill set expands to many years of construction experience previous to operating heavy equipment. This made me realize that I could go no other way then right back into it! I am very thankful for the people I’ve met throughout my life as well as my variety of experiences. Collectively those experiences have landed me right on the front door steps of Alair Homes! Meeting a number of different Alair partners has allowed me to see the passion they have. I knew right away That Alair was where I needed to be! All the things that I had tried to do previously on my own, now, as an Alair Partner, I would have 160 (and growing) Outstanding Alair Owners backing me up! not to mention-all their experience, professional book keeping, procedures for strategic planning, smarter business planning, the list goes on..
I have never met or been apart of a company that has so much ambition and so much to offer as Alair Homes. Recently I opened my own Alair Franchise in September 2015. I have already learned so much of not only who I am but where I want to be! Alair Homes as a whole has brought me to a higher level in the business world, it completely proves that being transparent and up front is the only way to do business.
I’m still new to Alair but already I know, by the feeling I get coming home every night to my wife and kids, that the future is bright with Alair Homes as my brand. My goals for 2016 as an Alair Partner will be building and renovating quality homes for quality people!
