Roman joined Alair Homes after working as a Project Manager for numerous large scale construction and restoration projects as well as building luxury houses in Burnaby for the last 15 years. He is alway up for a challenge and works well under the pressure in a fast-paced environment. Roman comes from a diverse and multicultural background, that shaped his personal skills and is probably the determining factor in why he likes to travel and meet new people. The ability to listen and put himself in the client's shoes helps Roman to meet and exceed clients' expectations.

 
Serving the greater Vancouver area, David brings 19 years of experience in construction management of award winning custom homes and renovations. David has a background in civil and structural engineering and is the past vice president of Canadian Home Builders Association, interior BC chapter. With extensive knowledge in residential construction, David is able to bring expertise that makes your project possible when unique or custom processes are necessary. He is committed to providing clients with a level of service that encourages client involvement, offers a transparent management system and delivers a finished product that exceeds the clients' expectations.
