  • Exceptional Customer service and communication Project Estimating and Scheduling Organizing subtrades and quality control Manage job site Overseeing construction process and ensuring it adheres to project plans & specifications Coding project invoices Ensuring a safe worksite Overseeing General Carpentry tasks

Qualifications and Desired Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong people skills Residential construction background Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with technology Strong Organizational and Time Management skills Ability to multitask Ability to make decisions independently and in a timely manner
