I want to say thank you to all of my clients that I have worked within the past 2 years with Alair Homes South Etobicoke. It has been a big transition for us, and it has been incredible to see the difference in client satisfaction.

Due to the processes, software and support at Alair Homes, I have been able to take our Project Management service to a whole new level. We are now our client’s partners in building their projects and not just their Contractors. Along with the Scheduler that is in our software, our clients are fully aware of where their projects are to-date, and they can track when their next payments are due. The software allows clients to see where the costs are to-date and see the amount of time the project Managers have spent of the budget. The document control and the accounting are outstanding along with the project communication.

The feedback from clients is amazing.Clients really appreciate seeing all the costs, being able to select the subtrade and materials they would like to do the job, and having full power to verify and define the scope of work.

We are looking forward to many more years with Alair Homes and want to make all our new clients equally as happy. We look to working with new clients, and maintaining our relationships with our past clients to give them the support they need in the future.
