The walls of this condo were torn down to open up the kitchen. A new laundry room was created, and all the old metal door frames were removed and replaced with wood frames and casing. New trim and base and crown mouldings were installed through out, along with new hardwood and tile floors. The old stipple ceilings were also replaced with smooth ceilings.
