Through the walk-in closet archway, the homeowners wanted a principal bedroom with a sense of calm and separation. We transformed the existing rear bedroom into a walk-through closet, leading to their new bedroom and ensuite – an everyday retreat tucked into a rear addition. The dark-moody study for this new addition extends the main floor right into the backyard, making it the perfect indoor-outdoor space in the summer.
