However, if we have a project under construction, and we have the permission of the client we would love to show you a project in action! sararoxxuThanks to Craig Burghardt and the team of professionals at Alair Homes Langley, our family home is now structurally sound and looks great thanks to the home renovation they completed for us in January 2016. They removed dilapidated exterior stairs and rotten support beams and replaced them with custom built stairs and beams. They re-built shelves in our storage shed, replaced moldy gyproc that had years of water damage, recommended and oversaw installation of a cost effective solution so that we could safely grill on our balcony without worry of damaging the siding. As an added bonus, they even built us a custom home address sign and pressure washed the work areas upon completion. They kept us informed of all aspects of the project and notified us of any changes. Craig took the time to get to know our home and family and made sure he thoroughly understood what aspects were important to our projects from an aesthetic and budget point of view. We are delighted with the renovation work that Alair Homes Langley completed on our home and trust them so much that we recommended Alair Homes Langley to our neighbors for a bathroom renovation project. We look forward to hiring Craig and Alair Homes again this summer for additional projects and one day hope to have them design and build us a custom home from the ground up.
