Rancher Renovation
This was a full interior renovation of a rancher with some exterior highlights. The
client wanted to completely update her home and open up the main kitchen, living and home office space. She also wanted to update her two bathrooms and add some much needed built in storage to the primary bedroom.
The renovation included; Marganite Marble Countertops in Greylac for the kitchen and Invisible Grey Leather for the bathroom; Kohler and Grohe fixtures; Walnut engineered flooring throughout; Jennair appliances; a panel-ready fridge; and a Regency two-sided linear fireplace with smoked ribbed glass. The bathrooms feature Ensuite backlit mirrors and LED under cabinet lighting.
