I have been reaching out to my network of clients, architects, designers and sub trades to reconnect with them over the past few months. Alair University teaches us the importance of building a team of market partners around us – and in building my new business it has never been more evident why. The collective relationships you build with your market partners are far more powerful than what you can do on your own.

I have been humbled by the outpouring of support and desire from so many of my long-term business relationships. I have always done my best to demonstrate my support and good will and now I am seeing this in return. Remember being taught, “what goes around comes around”? Sometimes it is the simplest thing – a lesson learned early in life – that can make the biggest impact on your success.
