We start with Design + Estimation. It is the preparation for success.
Design may include:
- floorplans and layout
- material selection such as hardwood, tile, stone, carpet, counters
- plumbing fixtures and light fixtures
- cabinetry and built-ins
- doors and hardware
- fireplaces

Once the design is finalized, we are ready for estimation. A Scope of Work is prepared for each Professional Trade Person to base their quote on. A Scope of Work is a written document containing deliverables, milestones, expectations and timelines.
A project site visit is necessary for each supplier and tradesperson to properly assess requirements.
Estimates may include some or all of the following…
- Plumbers
- Electricians
- Carpenters
- Engineers
- Eco testing
- Hardwood, tile, carpet supplier
- Cabinetry supplier
- Counter supplier
- Gas fireplace supplier
- Glass supplier
- Drywall
- Painters
Once we receive the estimates, we assemble the budget. This budget is now based on real products with actual dollar values. This is the best scenario for any client considering a renovation or new home, to make informed decisions based on concrete information.
Upon approval of the Design and Estimation, only then are we ready to begin implementation in Construction.
