Real Estate Agents Want Your Business, Use it to Your Advantage

Real Estate Agents are professional people that, just like the rest of us, try to associate themselves with other professionals in the industry. Making that first contact is the hard part. (pick up the phone, I dare you) and they will do the rest.

The standard protocol is to first send you the standard listings that you yourself can find in the local Collingwood newspaper, then they will measure you to see how serious you are. Not all of them have a secret stash, but some do. Those are the realtors you (I) need to associate your (our) business with. The most aggressive isn’t always the best in this situation. Find ones that you are comfortable talking to. I believe that it should happen something like this:

 

 

We recently purchased some properties in between Collingwood and Wasaga Beach using a realtor that Laurie had called previously. It has turned into a wonderful relationship and we are optimistic that it will continue to grow. They want this as much as we do.
