This is the perfect time of year to examine how you use the land around your home. The Fraser Valley might get a lot of rainfall, but it’s totally possible to create a multi-seasonal outdoor oasis. Don’t let the weather keep you inside! You deserve to come home to a relaxing, tranquil space that you and your friends can enjoy.
Consider the following questions before planning begins:
- What are your city’s bylaws and building requirements?
- Do you like to garden or do you want low maintenance?
- Do you want an open or covered area?
- What is the style of your home and your budget?
- Do you BBQ, host large parties, or hold family gatherings?
You must also consider the times of day you will be using your outdoor spaces, and what type of activities you enjoy, and whether you want to use the space year round.

Sunrooms
