The clients purchased this home in the late 90’s and have lived in it since it was new. They were looking to update the space and gain some outside living area as well. The entire main floor was renovated to include new windows and doors, flooring, trimwork, fireplace tile and mantle as well as a brand new kitchen. The exterior saw some major renovations as well. New asphalt roofing, new siding and a rooftop patio were installed. The patio is accessed from new doors on the second level out to what previously was a garage roof now transformed into a patio with vinyl waterproof decking as well as Regal Crystal Rail glass system with lighted glass.
