Assiniboine River Custom Home
Past clients of Alair Brandon purchased a riverfront lot. They had asked Alair to build a custom home with more than regular garage storage space. These clients love the water and all the activities that come with living riverside. So, building a home with easy access to the water was a priority. This home is split into two suites: an upper and a lower. One space is for them and the other is for their kids. If needed one day, the home could be used as a revenue property. Until then, they will enjoy all the amenities of a large garage (big enough to fit a fire truck in!) and their own separate spaces.
