This house was built in 1967 and was an RTM moved onto its current foundation. The clients were in need more space for their family. They love their neighbourhood and preferred to renovate and add onto their existing home versus moving. An addition was built on to the side of their home which included a garage with living space above. A bedroom, bathroom, and living room completed this addition for these clients.
