All fresh holiday plants will be provided with your workshop fee, and you can take your arrangement home. No experience is necessary, and you can use your new skills to make gorgeous arrangements for family and friends in the weeks ahead. The workshop begins at 6 p.m.

Family Holiday Movie Night

“The Christmas Chronicles” is playing at the Creating Connection Centreplace on December 7 at 6 p.m., and the whole family is invited to attend. The movie will play on a 60-inch HDTV screen, and theater-style seating is provided. Snacks and hot drinks are available on-site. Admission is free, but a $5 donation is suggested. Proceeds support future community events hosted at the venue.

Yule Love: Featuring the Toronto Mass Choir

On December 14, you and your family can be entertained by the Toronto Mass Choir at the Harvest Bible Chapel. On Christmas Eve, Connexus Church is hosting a religious service that is unlike any other. It explores the story of Christmas in a way that is ideal for the whole family. Childcare is provided for children who are 3 years old or younger. A special holiday package is provided for children who are between the ages of 4 and 10 years old. Seating is limited, and advance tickets are recommended. The event starts at 5 p.m., and parking is available on-site.
