Alair Homes is continuing their rapid expansion across Canada into Ontario with the opening of two new offices in Toronto and Barrie. Alair Homes Toronto opened for business on June 1st, 2013 with Robert May as the Managing Partner. Alair Homes Barrie also opened for business on June 1st, 2013 with Joel McDaniel as the Managing Partner.
Robert has served the Greater Toronto Area for over 25 years, bringing extensive real estate and construction expertise and knowledge to Alair Homes and his clients. Robert leveraged his education in engineering and business while owning and operating several successful real estate and construction companies. Robert has managed and coordinated all aspects of commercial and residential building and construction including: commercial build to suits, tenant space build outs, custom home building and renovation projects. Robert and Alair Homes are dedicated to providing our clients with the highest level of service while offering a 100% transparent construction management system, encouraging client involvement and delivering a finished product that exceeds our client’s expectations.

Joel McDaniel has progressed through site laborer to superintendent to project manager, and finally to become an owner. As an owner, Joel has completed numerous projects across Canada, including land developments, commercial projects, apartment buildings, condominiums, renovations and full custom homes. Through client education, communication and quality control, Joel stands firmly behind his commitment to delivering top-notch quality homes and renovations that exceed client expectations.
Alair Homes Barrie in Central Ontario encompasses a region widely known as a premier recreational area.
