David brings 33 years of construction and project management experience to every luxury custom home we build. For more than a decade, we’ve proudly served York Region and the Lake Simcoe area, turning dream into reality with precision, passion, and a commitment to excellence.

After 20+years in the Home Construction industry Jason has had his hands in many areas of the industry whether it be as a Plumber, Renovator, Custom Home Builder and Warranty Manager for a large track builder, Jason finally made the change to Alair where he started as a Project Manager. Jason was very passionate about finding a company that focused more on the client and their experience rather than just the finished product and it didn't take long for him to realize Alair Homes was that exact builder. Since joining David as business Partners, they have together built an incredible team that focuses on the company's core values and empowering everyone on the team to have a voice and "Live Better" The exact same motto that all of the Alair family lives by for our Clients, Trade and Market Partners. Now Jason, father of two and happily married can sum up his life as exactly that!!

In the summer you will find Jason on Georgian Bay boating with his family and in the winter, there is a very good chance you will find him at the rink whether it be playing hockey or coaching his son Connor's hockey team!

As a previous business owner in the IT industry and member of an Alair Regional Team, Kate joins our Alair Aurora-Newmarket location with 20+ years of experience in small business development. Kate’s passion for process and relationships enables her to elevate our team to operational excellence with compassion and empathy. In addition to supporting our team from behind the scenes, Kate spends countless hours researching and sharing best practices across the company.

Outside of Alair, you will find Kate with her first passion – her husband Jason, and sons, Calvin and Connor. Kate is the wife of a hockey player and boater, and mom to both Connor – 7 and Calvin – 21. She loves the gym, mountain biking, boating, and long, warm trips to Maui, HI.

Andrew has always been comfortable around tools and loves tackling home and garden improvement projects. He happily apprenticed alongside his Grandfather as a boy, studied forestry in College, spent summers at his cottage working for a local home renovation business, and provided a set of capable hands for his friends as they built General Contracting and Landscaping businesses. For the first 20 years of his professional life, Andrew worked in various Quality Management roles in the Automotive Industry. His first experience with Alair was as a client, where it became obvious that his process control, supplier quality management, problem-solving skills, and passion for home improvement were complimentary. Andrew was impressed by the transparent and structured project management process that Alair utilized and joined the team in 2017. Since then, Andrew has managed projects ranging from large custom homes to additions and single-room renovations. Andrew has a genuine passion for helping his customer’s dream build come true, which results in rave reviews from our homeowners when the project is finished!

Andrew is an avid skier, mountain biker and beer enthusiast! In his free time, you will find him at his cottage with his wife, two children and faithful dog on the dock or surfing behind his boat.

Graeme is a dedicated Project Manager at Alair Homes Aurora/Newmarket, where he skillfully oversees projects with precision and care. A Red Seal Carpenter, he brings exceptional craftsmanship and expertise to every endeavor. When he's not hard at work, Graeme enjoys the thrill of rock climbing, embracing the challenge whenever time allows. Above all, he treasures moments spent with his loving wife and their three wonderful children, making family his greatest joy.

Philip's passion for construction started early, growing up with a father who was a General Contractor spending time on jobsites and working with tools since childhood. Philip has nearly 15 years of industry experience—including over 13 years in project management—he has been involved in large-scale, multimillion-dollar projects across Canada and the U.S.A

As an Architectural Technologist, Philip brings a deep understanding of design, structure, and functionality to every project. Currently, he is furthering his expertise by pursuing both his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and Gold Seal Certification in Construction Management. His commitment to continuous learning and professional growth reflects his dedication to excellence in the industry.

Now a Project Manager with Alair Homes, Philip is passionate about building high-quality custom homes with integrity and honesty. Alair’s focus on transparency and the client experience perfectly aligns with his values, making it the ideal place for him to continue growing and delivering exceptional results.

Married and recently welcoming his son into the world, Philip is embracing the joys of fatherhood. Whether spending time with his growing family, enjoying adventures with their dog, or experiencing all his son's "firsts," he appreciates every moment of this new chapter.

Taylor joins the Aurora Newmarket team having built custom homes in Kelowna BC. Originally from the Innisfil/Bradford area Taylor joined the construction industry following his construction and civil engineering advanced diploma program at Algonquin College.

After graduating high school, he went straight to Algonquin College to take the construction/civil engineering technology program. Over his 7 years in project management and estimating, he went from Project coordinator to estimator which led him to his current role of Project Manager. Taylor enjoys organization and scheduling but still likes to get the tools out and help wherever he can.

When not at work, Taylor is passionate about spending as much time on the golf course honing his skills or hanging out with friends and family. During the winter, he likes to spend as much time as possible playing hockey. Taylor’s favourite architect is Frank Lloyd Wright, and hopes to one day follow in his footsteps.
