The Woodlot

Welcome to Project Woodlot! What was once an outgrown 1.5-story property is now a completely revamped two-floored home with additional garage space and a back-covered porch. Our team pulled the interior back to its studs, removing the original roof, and building upwards, allowing for maximum square footage. The new second story features a principal suite, three additional bedrooms, bathrooms, an office space and a laundry room. While the main floor now consists of a modern kitchen, extra laundry facilities, a grand family room, powder room, and mudroom ― We know people grow, and we love helping their homes grow with them.
