Dan says “If you want to be close to amenities, with good schools close by, on a large lot, in a large home, where your kids friends will walk down the street and ring the doorbell then Stonehaven is for you. Personally I think Stonehaven still is in a “value” stage as many homes still have yet to be turned over/renovated.”
