It’s a New Year and we are thrilled to introduce ourselves to Manitoba in person at the Winnipeg Renovation Show. It was a wonderful holiday season filled with friends, family,wining and dining, skating and tobogganing.  As these memories become only a vision in our rear view mirror, we look forward to new adventures with anticipation.

You may notice when you enter any retail store in January, you are sure to be faced with one of two themes…get in shape, get organized!  After all, it is a New Year and it feels good to gain control of your home after the holidays. Tidying up and reorganizing can shine a new light on your space or lack thereof, and you may find yourself inspired to start that renovation.  The beginning of the New Year is actually a great time to take your wish list and turn it into a plan.

January is known for it’s inevitable cold snap so let’s face it, we aren’t missing much outside.  So why not stay in, stay cozy and make those plans a reality.  Just think of all there search and planning that can be accomplished on a chilly evening in front of the fireplace…wait no fireplace?  Perfect, add that to the wish list too!

Who knows, maybe by this summer you and yours will be admiring your completed renovation when wind chills are a faint memory and the only cold thing around is the icy beverage sweating in your hand.
