The bathroom layout is fine, but some of the finishes have seen better days or the style is not to your taste. This is typically the least expensive, least disruptive remodel.
2. Financial Investment
If you are expecting to sell in the not too distant future, sometimes a bathroom update is intended to make the house sell faster and/or improve the overall selling price. This work is also done with budget in mind. It typically costs more than just cosmetic work, but you need to keep an eye on expenses if this is really going to turn a profit.
